PVC Lining Layflat Irrigation Fire Hose (UL/EN14540/CNBOP/MED)

Jacket: 100% filament polyester are combined with filament polyester, single jacket,twill weaving
Lining: PVC:creates an extremely smooth waterway surface, thereby significantly reducing friction loss and improving flow characteristics.
The vulcanized adhesion system creates both a mechanical and chemical bond between the PVC lining and the inner jacket, eliminating the possibility of delamination as is experienced with competitive adhesive bonded rubber constructions.

Good Chemical Resistance (Polar Fluids): Resistant to water, alcohols, ketones, alkalis, glycol-based coolants, brake fluids (DOT 3/4/5.1), phosphate esters, and dilute acids.
Low Gas Permeability: Provides good barrier properties against gases (like oxygen) and water vapor.
Good Flexibility & Elasticity: Maintains flexibility across its operating range, aiding installation and vibration dampening.
Cost-Effective: Offers significantly better value than high-temp alternatives (like silicone or FKM) for its core capabilities.
Key Limitation:
POOR HYDROCARBON/OIL RESISTANCE: Highly susceptible to swelling and degradation by petroleum oils, greases, fuels, and hydrocarbon solvents. Avoid use with these fluids.
